2019

HILLTOP

Location: Paris, France
Surface area: 75 sqm
Duration of works: 6 months
Cost: €180,000
Date delivered: 2019
Photos: Laura Innocente

Objective: to transform two crooked studios into a beautiful, fluid apartment
Mission: open up and optimise space
Process: full demolition and remodeling

The raw concrete structural beams were exposed, so too the red bricks of the peripheral walls of the building. The old cast-iron radiators were refurbished, space was merged into one large and airy living area facing South. Natural colours were used. A welcoming and serene interior.

Highlights:  an astonishing tailor-made faceted ceiling, a bathroom for two with two showers and two sinks, heated floor and a heated mirror, a compact and functional open-plan kitchen, a   walk-in closet leads onto the master bedroom with custom-made cupboards, discreet air conditioning units were concealed in the ceilings, bespoke wallpaper was hand-drawn by interior designer Christophe Antunes.
